Production Pipeline — What Happens After You Engage
Every project follows a structured pipeline. After an initial discovery call (typically 25 minutes), we assess your format, audience, and goals. A tailored production brief is drafted within 48 hours. Once approved, your assigned engineer begins work according to the route you've selected.
Mid-production check-ins happen at the rough-cut stage. You'll receive a private link to review the assembly before final mixing. Revisions are built into every route — we don't charge extra for reasonable adjustments.
Final delivery includes tagged files, show notes draft, and — for Full Production and Retainer clients — a distribution confirmation with platform links.

Decision Board — Common Questions Before Starting
Yes. Our Essentials and Standard routes are designed for exactly this. Upload your raw files to our secure portal after onboarding and we handle everything from there. We accept WAV, FLAC, and high-bitrate MP3.
The Full Production route covers concept development, format design, recording, and launch. We'll guide you through naming, cover art direction, hosting setup, and your first three episodes. Many of our clients started with zero experience.
We provide guests with a lightweight recording guide and, when needed, a browser-based capture tool that records locally at high quality. This avoids the compression artefacts of standard video call audio. We then sync and mix all tracks in post.
Absolutely. Route changes take effect from the next production cycle. If you're on a Retainer and want to scale down, we just adjust the scope. No penalties, no lock-in beyond the current billing period.
Yes. Corporate and branded podcasts are a growing part of our work. We handle everything from internal stakeholder interviews to polished external-facing series. NDAs and brand guidelines are standard in these engagements.
